New hotel next to the Centrexpo
Great location if you're in town for an event at the Centrexpo Cogeco next door. The check-in process took over 30 minutes due to only one computer being available, which was understandable, but the staff seemed a bit indifferent about the delay. There was zero flexibility for early check-in or late check-out—not even 45 minutes for a late checkout, which was a first for me. Despite this, I’ll return because it’s conveniently located next to the meeting space, and the hotel is new.

Disappointed in king size bed/hard . Pillows were flat, only 3 for king size bed. Fan in bathroom not working. Shower floor really slippery. Lighting in room dull.
