Convenient, relaxing, place to break your journey

Pros: Peace, quiet, excellent staff.
Cons: Signposting and information about location in relation to departure gates.
Location: Excellent.
Truly a great idea to break that tedious journey, relax and sleep and set off again refreshed and relaxed. Staff were courteous without exception, but I would like to commend especially the porter who was concerned to hear that we had lost an item of value somewhere between London and Dubai. on his own initiative he reported our loss immediately to Emirates. Thanks to this initiative, Emirates were able to inform us next morning at our departure gate, that our item had been found. We did not even get the name of the porter, but he truly deserves to be commended. If I had any recommendations to offer it would be to say that inadequate signposting for the hotel within the airport is a shame, making location of the hotel difficult. A shame because the hotel is a valuable marketing tool for the airport and it should be exploited to the full.

Direkt im Terminal 3 gelegen, jeweils im jeweiligen Concourse in der Nähe der Gates, bei uns lief es allerdings maximal schlecht, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür- Hotel im Concourse A, Landung in B, Abflug in C, weitere Wege konnte man also nicht haben, wenn das auch Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist. Der Welcome- Service war ausnehmend freundlich, der Check- in im Executive- Bereich flott und die Mahlzeiten in der Lounge sehr gut, die Service- Mitarbeiter dort bemerkenswert zuvorkommend! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft bei einem längeren Stop, das Executive- Zimmer absolut zu empfehlen, riesengroß und sehr komfortabel! Würden wir immer wieder so machen!
