The property is well maintained and staff are very polite and courteous. Always willing to render assistance when called upon. The house keeping team was excellent and the gentleman Abdul was so professional in his dealings with clients. However the reception team should take note of the varied time of flight arrival time and should be flexible on that. I arrived by 4am in the morning after very long and tiring flight, only for my room to be made available by 9:00 am in the morning.

Nice hotel appartments
The overall stay was amazing. Just few minutes of walk to city center mall and clock tower. There is a beautiful mosque and a bus station right next to the hotel. Internet was a bit slow but the location is very good and staff is very helpful. Kitchen was equipped with all necessary dishes. They allowed us to stay until 4:00 Pm in the hotel although the official checkout time was noon. Hotel staff helped us with Taxi arrangements and provided us useful tips. We were given two complimentary cakes for my parents birthday. We were charged an extra tourism fee of 300 AED for 5 nights and a refundable deposit of 500 AED at the time of check-in.

The apartment was big, clean, comfortable and well appointed. It came with a full kitchen, fully furnished. We were also within half a block of supermarkets, a big mall and the metro station. The gym was also very well equipped with lots of dumb bells and a good set of machines, medicinal balls, all very clean, good TV and a good size pool. The property was excellent. What could be better is the check in. Expedia and the hotel knew that we were landing at 5:30 in the morning yet upon arrival at the hotel (around 7:30 am) we were told the room was not going to be available until 2 pm. Luckily they worked on it while we had breakfast and we were in at 9:30 am. And yes, we plan to go back to this hotel on our next visit to Dubai.
