All staff are very friendly. Pool was lovely. The only niggle was the timing of the shuttle bus, it would have been better if it ran more frequently. Also I could only find one English speaking channel on tv, I know this is a minor issue. It was lovely to have a coffee machine in the room.

Disappointing Experience at an "Upmarket" Hotel I recently stayed at La Suite Dubai in a "Deluxe One Bedroom Sea View Apartment" with balcony, and it was far from the "upmarket" experience advertised. The room had a strong odor of cigarettes and mold, with visible black mold on the ceiling, walls, and balcony door. The furniture was old, stained, and faded, and there was a coffee machine with no coffee pods. Additionally, the TV options were poor, with very few English channels, no streaming services, and an outdated TV that didn't support Chromecast. While the staff did apologize after our stay, the condition of the room upon arrival was unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The phone never works no matter how they come to fix it so I could never call for room service and the hotel is far from everything so you always have to pay taxi to anywhere you’re going you can’t walk to nowhere because there is absolutely nothing around there

I come dubai 4-5 times a year and always stay here! The place is spacious and clean. The stuff here is incredible from the valet to the bell boy to the other staff. I dealt with Ameen and he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Thank you to you all!!
