Amazing hotel and staff very accomodating. Thankyou to Preeti, Mai, Tanijua for making us feel special. The hotel room was spacious, modern and clean. Very nice fresh food was served at the Fusion resturant. Even tho the hotel is far out from the city centre the hotel provide a free shuttle service to all the main attractions. The hotel also offer excellent deals for guests on all facilities including spa resturant breakfast .....

Die Unterkunft war alt und sehr ungünstig gelegen. Frühstück war eine heilloses Durcheinander und das Personal Arrogant und nicht besonders hilfsbereit. Ein 5 Stern Hotel stelle ich mir anders vor, aber aus dem Grund war es wohl auch so billig. Daniel Schweizer

Grand choix pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre propre et hotel bien. Chose a retenir: demander systématiquement l'étage et surtout si la chambre de trouve près des ascenseurs. 21eme étage, près des ascenseurs, avec pas mal de mouvements, on a l'impression que l'hôtel est en travaux toute la nuit. Quand vous demandez un taxi, demandez toujours un qui a un compteur sinon on se fait avoir. Personnel qui vient le dernier jour, le moment où vous devez faire vos valises pour vous demander d'écrire des avis en ligne et qui vous tient la jambe pendant 30 minutes !

Hotel tres loin du centre ville. Hotel propre avec de belle chambres, mais malheureusement lincovenient numero 1 pour des vacanciers, cest la pisicine. Elle sert a rien car pas un seul rayon de soleil. Pour ce prix, on peux trouver de meilleur hotel , mieux placer et beaucoup mieux equiper. Lhotel affiche une belle photos trompeuse de la piscine. Une fois sur place cest la deception total. On a utiliser la piscine 0 fois car elle est entouree de gratte ciel. Tres tres decus.

Tasokas hotelli poissa kaupungin hälinästä.

Pros: Sijainnista, tasosta ja palveluhenkisyydestä.
Cons: Huoneiden peitteet ja petauspatjat olivat hieman likaisia ja kovia, joten ne voisi vaihtaa uusiin.
Location: Hotellin ilmaiskuljetuksilla pääsee yleisimpiin nähtävyyksiin ja taksin käyttö on halpaa sekä taksien kuljettajat mukavia ja luotettavia.
Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Kaikkiin kysymyksiin löytyi ratkaisut ja yleishenki oli loistava. Hotellin yleisilme oli viihtyisä ja arvokas.

Bof...

Pros: Pas grand chose... Aucune petite intention qui aurait pu faire la différence...
Cons: L'accueil, le personnel devrait accorder plus d'importance aux petites choses, saluer, sourire, servir un thé, un café...
Hotel juste ok... Nous avions pris une suite pour une semaine de vacances, mais bien que la chambre sois très sympathique le service y était bof... le ménage est fait régulièrement mais pas correctement (pourtant je suis loin d'être maniaque), la salle de bain n'est faites que partiellement, on ne vous change pas de serviettes si vous ne demandez pas, on tire juste la couette sur le lit sans y changer les draps non plus, et le salon n'était pas non très bien fait (une assiette avec des fruits partiellement consommés est restée sur la table pendant 2 jours, il a fallu qu'on demande qu'elle soit retirée pour que ce soit fait)... En plus du ménage, la piscine est également très mal agencée, elle est constamment à l'ombre, pour les touristes qui souhaitent prendre un peu de couleur oubliez ! Vous n'avez à votre disposition qu'un petit espace éloigné de la piscine pour allez vous exposer, pas de bain de soleil les pieds dans l'eau au Ghaya !
