Stayed a week at this hotel for special holiday. I love the beach so have experience with many of the Jumeriah beach hotels. It’s not a 5* compared to say next door Le Mereidien but it 4.5*. The main pool is quite nice but lot of families & children there & it’s not deep. There is an outdoor infinity pool for adults only & a lovely place to have a cocktail & watch the sun go down. Habtoor supports tennis so there are courts & coaches which I used. The restaurants are pretty average - we usually walked next door to Le Meredien for dinner. I would stay again if the price was right. Dubai is more expensive than ever so some compromise is necessary for most.

Excellent hotel in a great location. All the staff were very friendly thanks to mayat in the club lounge who looked after us always smiling and friendly and aman on reception who checked us in. Will definitely be back soon

I can not recommend this hotel enough. From the beginning to the end of my stay, everyone was so professional, kind, helpful, friendly, polite, courteous. The facilities and cleanliness is outstanding. The gentleman in the little shop is so kind and helpful. I can not wait to return, miss everyone. To all the staff at Al Habtoor Grand Resort, thank you for making our stay memorable!

The staff make this hotel and some of the food places in the Half Board option, particular mentions to Raneem who is a diamond in trying to resolve issues, Abhisek and Rohan at the Pool bar, Sofia, Myat and Matti in the Club lounge all went the extra mile and should be applauded. However, the hotel itself is maintained but looking dated in the rooms and lifts, contractors were rude in the pool bar, Luciano’s was always empty and had no atmosphere so I didn’t go. But, the biggest issue is the sheer duplicity of the hotel l, they provided a note on check in regarding the infinity pool and was due to open that day, but didn’t. No broadcast on the tv page or any communication until I complained, similarly other facilities aren’t open or in maintenance, which is required but nothing is communicated. The worse being the massive building site for the Residences Tower which is right next to the only pool (which is too small for the crowd of people and needs upgrading too with missing tiles and general wear and tear) and more building the other side and when there’s works at 3am keeping you awake in the last few days it’s an issue. I understand there’s a lot of building and the hotel can’t control some, but they should not misrepresent the hotel with unopened facilities but intrusive building, there should be better communication - I addressed this and they said there were disclaimers, but that was a lie and the building works is only just starting, so will take a while. Never again

The experience staying at the Grand Habtour was overall very good. We appreciated especially the friendly and helpful staff and the high standard of the rooms, (although we would appreciated a balcony). Some points of improvement are the breakfast, as we thought it had a very limited range of selection.

I recently checked into Al-Habtoor Autograph in Dubai on Saturday for my university graduation, and my experience has been highly disappointing. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that I had been assigned a lady specifically for sales products. While communicating with her, I attempted to arrange a discount. She refused and, to my astonishment, suggested that I go to another hotel if I didn’t like Royal Meridien. Despite escalating this issue to management, no resolution was provided. The following day, I encountered a second incident. At 8 o’clock in the morning, the cleaners began vacuuming and talking loudly in the corridor, disrupting my sleep. Furthermore, today I was awakened early by maintenance staff working near my room. This lack of consideration for guest comfort is unacceptable. Additionally, my experience with the hotel’s amenities was equally unsatisfactory. When I visited the sauna and steam room, neither were operational. I informed the attendant, who promised to call maintenance, but no one followed up or took action. I also communicated this to the fitness center staff, requesting to be notified once the facilities were working, but received no response. The level of service, communication, and care for guests at this hotel is severely lacking. I am extremely disappointed with Al-Habtoor Autograph in Dubai. Despite extending my stay by one night to try and relax, the persistent issues and lack of support have made my stay anything but restful.

We Love Happy Hour!
This is the first time we’ve ever returned to a hotel the place is so good! It’s not the most modern in Dubai but the people really make this place special! A big, big positive about the hotel is the Club Lounge, everyone working there are a credit to the hotel, from the ever smiling Manager and his waiting staff to the chef’s in the kitchen, they all play a part in creating a great space!
