The hotel was in a good location The pool area is lovely, plenty of room and a good pool bar. Plenty of sun loungers and the cabanas are free if you can get them. Rooms always clean and spacious. The staff can’t do enough for you.

Mixed feelings about Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeriah
Our stay started off really well as the manager on duty really went the extra mile while checking us in( we were a party of 26 guests). However there was a manager on duty on Friday 2nd August, whose name is Mariam. She was absolutely unprofessional when a member of our party slipped on a wet floor in the dining room and twisted her knee during dinner. She again left me with 7 pieces of luggage which she had promised to send a bell boy to help me carry. I eventually ended up carrying the 7 boxes downstairs myself. So this really marred my experience.

Great to have an early check in though still had to wait for a room and of my choice till the check in time. Other than that comfortable and great stay with the staff from reception to buffet restaurant and pool side very friendly and professional and helpful. Especially would like to mention Akash, the bell boy on my first day, who was very respectful, friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere and ambiance throughout the hotel. Plenty of variety in buffet but not if you are not fan of the food on Theme nights, though you could have other restaurants option.

It was amazing!! The hotel staff from the front desk clerk to the housekeeping staff was outstanding! Our rooms were truly exceptional! The property is beautiful and you can smell the 5 star hotel collection scents throughout. The kids were on cloud 9!
