We were unfortunately forced to stay in Dubai two an extra two days due to the flood. We checked into Holiday Inn and immediately noticed the nice pool and clean and updated resort. I’d love to stay again!

Great stay and great location
New hotel so has very clean and modern rooms, with excellent service for a four star hotel. Staff were amazing and friendly. Close to Dubai mall, and several things to do within a by 20 min car ride.

It was very good, service was great, room was very comfortable and we were one of the few hotels that didn’t get affected by the rains. There are some construction issues that make the room a little inneficient but it’s the construction not staff fault. Overall definitely recommend. Just note that the pictures of the view are not accurate. Leaving the photo of the actual corner room view here

I was fooled by the good reviews on this property, but for this price i surely don't recommend it. 1- One of the employees on the reception was very rude, i ordered a hair salon service to my room from outside the hotel and she refused to let the women in. I don't understand why would that be a problem? Especially that there is no salon at the property. 2- The location isn't spectacular, its in an area at the business bay with a lot of traffic. 3- One of the pictures shows you that Burj Khalifa is visible from the hotel, it is not. 4- The information about the points of interest close to the hotel isn't correct, i think it was calculate at 6 in the morning when there was no one in the streets. 5- The rooms weren't that clean. 6- They claim there is a spa on the property, it's still under construction and not there yet. 7- The coffee machine at Breakfast is very slow.

Its a great new hotel. I understand from the friendly staff its just 2 months old. The rooms are spacious. The linen is very clean. The mattress however leaves something to be desired as it did give me a little back cramp. The rooms are very practical in all areas except that the shower door swing is outside the shower enclosure which makes the mat move away.
