Staff very friendly and helpful, the location is good, always taxis available at the door. The only part that disappointed me a little was the breakfast, I expected it to be way nicer, however the coffee one of the ladies made for me was nice.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The food was absolutely stunning from breakfast to lunch. The room was stunning with fabulous views. The staff were so so helpful and made our stay incredible. Each and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay faultless. Amazing hotel and would love to visit again

I’m not quite sure who Michael is but I know he works at the front desk. To say he is an asset to this hotel is a huge understatement. He is the most helpful, incredibly kind human ever. He was so eager to assist my son and I during our first trip to Dubai, ensured we had taxi services within minutes and always had a huge smile on his face. This man needs to be promoted. He exemplifies what true customer service is and it is him. He genuinely cares about your stay and is sooooo accommodating. I would like to ensure Michael gets his kudos. We were hoping to leave him a tip but sadly we never saw him on our last day.

Dubai Downtown IGH Hotel was a lovely hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming all around. The hosts were kind and friendly. The staff in the dining room was very friendly and helpful. They all went out of their way to make our stay worthwhile.
