Nice Ibis styles hotel close to airport.
Good value for money hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms Located close to airport and metro. Mini market and small restaurants in the neighbourhood. Used for businesstrip. Will for sure use again next time in Dubai.

Perfect for rest between flights.
It was a perfect place to rest on a 24-hour layover between long international flights. Easy access ($10) taxi and free shuttle on the way back to the airport on departure day. Excellent service, the front desk were attentive and kind.

Usually Great but Room a little Dirty this Time.
I’ve stayed here probably 50 plus times and it’s usually great. This time it was fine but Room 335 could use some improvement - there are stains on some of the appliances. Dirty marks on the wall beside the bed. The curtains have stains on the bottom. One of the nightstands beside the bed is broken.

No one is ever smiling, never heard a good morning, good day.. not very welcoming.. Not the reception, not the breakfast waiters, nor the security at the front, not the cleaning guys.. as if they're under over stress.. generally result of hostile boss or management. I booked this hotel for location, gym and pool: Gym! Wow they charge 50aed per day for Gym! How ridiculous is this... Location: always traffic, weird corner the building is in. But close to airport and main roads. Pool: is great roof top and mezzanine.. Will avoid staying there again.

Upon my arrival at 12:30 am, the room I had reserved was not available, it had not been cleaned. I had to wait 45 minutes. I had confirmed my late arrival by phone and email! The shuttle service to the airport was very good.

Bathroom doors was broken not able to close you can find many reviews online stating that problem, tv was not working upon calling facility no one answered or returned the call, seems like they are in cost cutting mode. Also staff attitude is not polite or try to solve problems.

Due to family health issues، requested to change date to future date۔ but they asked me to contact expedia، when expedia contacted property to request changes on my behalf ، hotel advised them to send email۔ Email sent but property did not answer at all and charged me full amount for not showing up۔ it was not a large amount but reflect culture of those who run property and it reflected as terrible، unprofessional۔
