We had a beautifully large room that had a lovely water view; I took advantage of the gym during my stay - clean and new machines, fridge cold free water at all times; friendly staff and doormen; located close to the Dubai mall / burj. Would recommend and return again!

Staff was the best!!!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel overall very very clean. Which I loved due to my OCD!!! We definitely stay here again. FYI…. Don’t have hotel book you transportation from airport. We save a lot of money by just catching a taxi or Uber from airport

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Outstanding customer services, they cant do enough to make sure you have great stay and experience. Great location in the center of the city , beautiful buildings, very nice spacious room, great outdoor pool area with Butj Khalifa view . Great restaurants with beautiful views from 72 floor, very good breakfast with lots of choices, We had wonderful stay at this amazing hotel ! Thank you very much to all staff for service and hospitality We definitely recommend this hotel to all and would come back again for sure!
