Shower floor overspills to bathroom area, TV sound erratic due to poor connection (per technician), safe box unable to lock (was fixed then happened again the next day so technician had to visit room again to fix. So inconvenient I had to remain in the room to wait for the repair to be done. No coffee and creamer provided cos the hotel was Plastic free?? Absurd.

I requested a room with a big window or some sunlight for the first room I got had neither and there was water dripping in the bathroom. The gentleman of the front office immediately moved me to another room which was smaller and again without fresh Sunlight. Next morning the young lady at the front desk did me the best favour possible and gave me a room which had fresh sunlight and in fact a wonderful view

Nice hotel and location close to metro with great pool. The suite itself was a fantastic size and space and great value for money however the carpets could certainly do with cleaning or replacing. There was also some previous occupants hair in the bathrooms so better cleaning required.

We loved the spacious suite with a furnished kitchen, a large living/dining room, 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms!! The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room service was slow and can improve. We loved the nearby restaurant and supermarket options, which was extremely helpful.

The property was in a good location close to local amenities. Unfortunately it didn’t have the wow factor and the rooms carpets and style are quite dated. Breakfast/lunch was quite limited in selection. This is a good hotel but I not an elite hotel in comparison to others in Dubai.

It was not bad but the rooms are a little tied and need a refresh, carpet had alot of stains, TV's were older TV's not too "smart" low resolution, and internet was average. But nice and quiet, just needs a big refresh of furniture and electronics
