Second to none! They provide a kings service! Courteous, kind and very gentle natured! From the staff at reception, concierges, valet guys, pool guys, kids club members, the cleaners. My stay was encountered by many genuine people, Chef Arshad, Zubair, Romel, Gopal, Ramadan, Ali, Dahlia, Selena, Anil, Amar. To whoever is contemplating whether to book with Oaks, just look no further, simply because this is located in the best area, quiet with no riff raff, a mall at your door step, that has everything from food, clothes shops, banks, kids playgrounds, pharmacy and much more. My favourite hotel! Clean , comfy and soundproof wall. I really enjoyed my stay here. Perfect to be right opposite the mall and few mins walk to the nearest metro.
