Always a pleasant stay at Premier Inn silicon Oasis. Friendly customer service, clean and quiet rooms. Good location for my needs. Also handy for shuttle bus to Centrepoint station (though drop off point was not convenient/ directions to metro station from drop off point was not provided by the driver despite asking dor help). Would be more appreciated if service was better, for example lone traveller arriving with 3 heavy bags- could have been helpful in assisting with lugagges.
