I am writing to bring to your attention some issues I encountered during my recent stay in room Each morning, there is a loud sound of water hitting the walls, which is quite disturbing. Additionally, my room door shakes whenever nearby doors are closed, startling me from my sleep. These issues significantly affected my comfort and overall experience. I did not like the fact that if you need ice it cost 10 AED dollars . This was because the hotel does not own the restaurants and there are no ice machines on the floors. I like that there were several different restaurants out back of the hotel

There was no microwave, our room smelled like sewage, someone threw a glass on our balcony, and way too many prostitutes around the area. Too many clubs and a very unsafe environment not family friendly at all.

Needs better kinder service
Beautiful hotel. However, we landed at 5AM & although we understand check in is at 3PM. We hoped they would be more accommodating as we were not feeling well & needed to rest. We kept falling asleep in the lobby lounge sofas because we were so tired from our flight and not feeling well. We kept getting asked from staff what our problem was which felt not welcoming at all. It felt like there was a lack of communication amongst the staff. No attentiveness or updates as to when our room was going to be ready. They didn't even offer water or check in how we were physically doing. It felt dismissive and not welcoming.
