Customer service after I expressed my concerns of certain amenities and services were not to the level of a 5 star accomodation. They offered a free "upgrade" for a room, but when I searched it up, it was a cheaper room, just on a higher floor. When I told them I didn't want that, they didn't offer me any other solutions. I had to provide them other alternatives and they declined all of them. They couldn't even offer me one days worth of breakfast...even when I went to checkout no apologies were given nor did they try to remedy the situation. I even booked an extra day just in case my flight was delayed, and when I said if they can refund the one night since I didn't use it, they said it's non refundable. Very bad experience and will not come here again. I do expect some sort of monetary resolution either from them or Expedia for this.

Amazing place! Room with balcony, beautiful view! We used the gym every day with a lot of equipment. Swimming pool - lifeguards & staff are very polite ( from the second day knew without asking how we wanted our chairs and umbrella to be done). Strongly recommend!
