So well positioned and conveniently situated. We stayed with our 5 year old, and were able to visit places like the Dubai aquarium and The green planet with ease. The free shuttle was a super service, and we definitely got value for money staying here. I can only point out 2 negatives during our stay, one is the fact that the 'mini golf' is just a small putting mat - which didn't have any balls available during our stay. The other is the occasional noisy guests and disturbances late at night - not something that can be fully controlled by the hotel. Overall we were received really well and accommodated earlier than we expected, so are absolutely satisfied with our experience and stay. I would highly recommend this property.

I've been trying to change my check-in date from the 5th to the 14th via email before I even arrived, but I never received a response. When I arrived at the hotel and requested the date change, I was denied. Consequently, I ended up paying for 12 days but only stayed for 8. The front desk told me they couldn't assist because my booking was through Expedia. I then contacted Expedia, who informed me that the hotel had declined my refund request. I wasn't even at the hotel from August 2nd because I had a separate booking at palm jumerira from the 2nd to the 5th. Additionally, I checked out on the 13th, not the 14th, due to a late flight. Despite explaining this to the manager, he said no refund would be issued for checking out early. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I feel like my money was wasted.

We had an issue the first night so needed to change rooms for the rest of the stay. Staff were friendly. Short walk( mostly undercover) to the Dubai Mall. Room was OK. Staying at the Rove again in September.

Fair for a three start hotel, but I’ll never come
We booked connected rooms for me and my family, the room was fairly clean only some comments on the dirtiness of the concerns in the bedroom and the bathroom. The main issue are two points, 1-Check in process took too long which forced me to go out and come back later after they finish their process, while the hotel is not busy and our check in was late at night. 2-The AC always off and someone always has to be in the room in order for AC to be on, with the extremely hot weather nowadays in Dubai, this was a big concern for me and after raising this issue to the reception they confirm it is common thin and they cant do anything about it.

Would definitely recommend and the next time I come Dubai, I will book this hotel again. The staff are very welcoming and caring and look after you well. The hotel is very clean and the lobby area is a very nice resting place for social as well.
