Unpleasant experience
We had an unpleasant experience at SLS. The cleaning standards were inadequate; there was sharp glass on the carpet that pierced my toe and caused a wound. Additionally, there were several flies buzzing around the room. Our biggest concern arose around 11 p.m. when someone entered our room using their own access card. Upon seeing us, they quickly fled. It took the management two hours to address the situation and provide an explanation. This incident left my wife feeling unsafe, but we stayed until morning, getting only three hours of sleep before moving to another place. I spend over 200 nights a year in hotels for work and have never encountered such an experience at a five-star hotel. Although the manager apologized during checkout, no compensation was offered for our disrupted stay.

Extremely happy with my stay. Room was amazing, location is excellent. Food is yummy. The only thing I want to suggest is that.. When someone reaching your hotel for check-in, firstly please offer them some seat to take rest ( maybe they were tired with travel) & give some refreshment like juice or something.. Otherwise, I had a great stay.

unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations Upon arrival, I noticed that the floor was wet in my room for 4 days Customer Service: Despite several attempts to address my concerns with the front desk, the staff was unresponsive and rude, which only compounded the frustration. Amenities/Facilities: non-functional equipment, and spa facilities including the jacuzzi. I reached out to the management during and after my stay, but no one responded
