Very good staff realised it was my birthday made up our room with birthday decorations and on top of that they had a birthday cake All staff were great the breakfast room staff were always helpful including the reception stafff.

The staff are really great. Very helpful, prompt and responsive. The facilities are not as clean as they could or should be. I walked into my room and it smelled of smoke and yet it was a nonsmoking room. Some stains on the seating in the room. The tables downstairs in the dining area had old food cakes on them. Convenience of walking into the mall was great though.

Would definitely stay there again! The staff are so friendly, and the room is spacious and very clean. The fitness center is well quipped. loved that. Also, having a connected entrance to the mall was very convenient.
