Unfortunately my flight was canceled because I didn’t know that I must have visa to visit Dubai. While other hotels gave me a full refund, this hotel didn’t give me any refund. I have contacted the hotel on 7am Dubai time on the day of check in through Expedia. This is a 3 nights reservation so at least the hotel should give me partial refund.

I have to say I have travelled to many countries in the last 12 years. Sofitel Downtown is the first to take sustainability seriously. No plastic at all in the room, all water bottles are glass ! Every hotel should follow in their carbon footprint
