Nice hotel, reasonable restaurants on site, the pool area only gets sun in the morning in the summer and it’s not large, the local area has a few places and it’s a short walk from the metro station which then gives you access to everything. taxis always available outside the hotel too

I stayed at the hotel and the staff were a delight. Especially the restaurant staff. Lovely, kind and tried real hard. Downside is that too many inconsistent special offers which made no sense and some staff didnt understand offers do contradicted others. Needs simplifying. My husband and I stayed here during our trip to Dubai last month. The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was not worth the extra money per person in my opinion. The rooms were basic, room service was okay. The staff was cordial and helpful whenever needed. However Ms. Heba, is an absolute treasure. My husband and I feel like we genuinely found a long lost family member. She is so kind spirited and pleasant. I would recommend, there are a couple of stores around and amenities to keep you busy.
