Was able to check in early and get settled. Centrally located to O’Connell street. Staff was able to book traditional Irish music/dance event. Extremely friendly staff and comfortable room.

Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas were very clean. Our only complaint was the design of the showers, every time we used them we soaked the bathroom.

I stayed here recently. This place is excellent value during the week. Lovely big room with excellent facilities like fridge and coffee machine. Seconds from the top of OConnell St. Very helpful staff especially Biljana. She is a beautiful person with a beautiful smile who will make your stay as special as possible.

Service was excellent; however, we were not pleased with our room. Thankfully, we were only staying one night. Our room was in the basement. It smelled extremely musty, it was very dark (since it was in the basement) and our window looked out into the basement stairwell that was dirty and gross. Our room is the only room in the basement and the hotel should really not use it. It’s really bad. The rest of the hotel is beautiful. I wish we could have had a pleasant experience.
