Great location to walk anywhere in Dublin. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 1030 am and they were able to get us into our room upon arrival which was amazing after a long evening flight. Highly recommend!

I did not appreciate the construction that was happening right outside our room door. This made it incredibly hard to sleep during the day to try to overcome the jetlag. I also found the constant noise from the people on the sidewalk below was not acceptable and happened all day and well into the night.

Totally not up to the standard of this level of a hotel. Cannot understand why it so highly rated. New bathrooms but terrible amenities. Tiny rooms and limited outlets. Closets did not work properly etc. Too many better options around.

Love the Gresham and the RIU brand. My only disappointment is the price point. $635 CAD for one night is just too much money. I love it at the Gresham but its just too much money for a bed and a breakfast.

We celebrated my husbands birthday with a trip to Dublin and a stay at The Gresham Hotel. When I mentioned that we were celebrating my husbands birthday, we were upgraded to a suite, it was lovely, spacious and very well appointed. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was delicious, with a good selection of food hot or cold. All staff were very helpful.

Having stayed at this hotel in the past, this last visit was disappointing to say the least. 1. Unlike budget Premier Inn where a good night’s sleep is probable, this certainly wasn’t the case with the ‘new’ Gresham, as due to the plastic flooring we could hear footsteps in the room about ours until late and early in the morning on both nights of our stay. This resulted in us looking forward to getting back home a for good sleep. As well as that the use of the same flooring in the halls means one can hear everyone passing your room as well as other people’s conversations. 2. It has to be said that it is not a good feeling wading through clouds of smoke upon entering your hotel. Surely the majority of your clientele would prefer not to experience this, especially in today’s anti smoking attitudes. I think my comments best illustrate how Riu have downgraded the integrity of what has a history of a splendid hotel. Terribly disappointed!
