Great for solo travelling
Great place to stay as a solo traveler. Room was clean, bed comfortable and a good shower. Lovely chill out area downstairs and bar and food area.

My stay at Jacobs Inn was okay. I stayed in a 10 person pod. There is only one bathroom in the room for all 10 people. No additional bathroom for women on this floor. The air circulation is absolutely terrible, 4 of the 10 of (myself included) were coughing our brains out. The shower turns off after 15 seconds. The location is great however, very close to transportation. I did feel very safe staying there. The front desk staff was wonderful. There is no changing of sheets until you leave. I did not try the breakfast buffet but it did look good in the cafe.

Great location and really modern capsule hostel. Really friendly service from staff and felt safe in the hostel with security on the door in the evenings and codes rather than keys. Free, good WiFi and nice bar on site. Unfortunately the beds in the capsules were really uncomfortable with a bad pillow, hard mattress and felt a bit tight for space. There also wasn’t a plug socket in the capsule either, only a USB slot. The lockers were spacious but had a bit of a confusing locking mechanism which needed resetting by staff. Quite dirty in the hostel dorm and showers smelt pretty grim. Lack of kitchen facilities too.
