Great location in Dublin. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Lots of attractions close by as well. Loved the design of the hotel and rooms. And as a big plus, this hotel has a/c and a lift.

We reserved a king but only received queen beds. Not sure if this is because the description was wrong or if the reservation got messed up. Also, if you were here with the car, you have to park about a block away - there’s so many one-way streets in the city that navigating is a bit tough.

We had a great time here. The room wasn’t large (none of them seem to be in Dublin) but it was clean and modern, and the hotel itself, from the staff to the lobby bar and lounge, was first rate. We will be back!

Everything was very good, very comfortable. Only note we have is that they are unclear about their parking/location and when we called them after circling round for 30-40 mins, no one answered the phone for an additional 30 mins. We ended up parking in Jervis shopping mall which was perfect in location, price and safety. The staff seemed non-pleased that we couldn’t reach them.

This was our first stay of a 25 day trip of Ireland and the UK. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time here. We had just got off a 9 hour flight, had been up for almost 24 hours and were so appreciative of the staff being able to have a room ready for us right away.

Great location just across the Ha’Penny Bridge from Temple Bar. Very convenient. Good bar (we didn’t use the restaurant). Staff was helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the stay.

We arrived a little early and our room was ready, staff were friendly and welcoming at check-in. The room was compact but suited a few days stay in the city. It was very clean and quite quiet even with the windows open. In the bathroom, the pumps on the toiletries weren't working very well and the fan didn't seem to be working. The TV was a little temperamental but we didn't really use it too much. We didn't try breakfast as we went out exploring in the mornings but it looked pretty good! The location was great, quick walk to most spots we wanted to visit and the luas stop was just outside.
