Rating 10 - Excellent. 1451 out of 2399 reviews" "
Hotel located close enough to everything but at the same time not too busy and noisy. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Room was clean and tidy, housekeeping were in each day replacing towels and topping up tea/coffee/toiletries etc. Good selection at breakfast time, food was fresh and kept well stocked.
Room smaller than it looks in the pictures. All new and working well. No TV remote in my room and it was replaced while I was out. Friendly staff, centrally placed. At the cheaper end of hotels in central Dublin but actually it's of a high standard. Parnell St has seen better days but I felt safe as a lone traveler
The staff and service here is amazing! Each staff member was so kind and helpful. The best part of the stay.
We found paying the fee for breakfast to be worth it. A nice variety of options. The first time we got a to go bag for breakfast it had a lot in it too which was nice!
The room wasn't that big but honestly still enough room for me and my husband. We could both open our suitcases on the floor. The shower gets warm instantly and the water pressure was good!
The two main cons are that the pillows aren't very comfortable and the rooms do not have a fridge in them.
Although the hotel is on the other side of the bridge from a lot of the sights and landmarks, it's still quite walkable, about 10-30 minutes walk from most things. Shopping centre and other stores just a few minutes walk, as well as cafes and restaurants. Easy to get to the buses and trains from there too.
The staff is super nice. If you get the Continental breaksfats is worth it. Our bag didn't make the flight so we needed a adapter and they were super gracious to lend us one as ours was of course in the bag. Close to everything
Good spot to be able to walk to o'connoll street/bridge which takes you accross to Grafton street/temple bar all within a 10-15 walk, we even walked to the Guinness factory from there but that's what we like to do.
We travelled from the airport to the hotel via bus. The hotel is in a great central location and within easy walking distance to a bus stop.
The staff are efficient, welcoming and friendly.
The bedroom is very small and lacks a wardobe. A compact wardrobe would be useful.
Continental breakfast had a good variety of cereals and bakery. The breakfast eating area was cramped and busy. The tables and chairs were very close and it easy to get trapped in.
I chose this hotel on price and location.
