The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning room view, especially during sunset. The hotel facilities, especially the pools, are fantastic for relaxation. Plus, the convenience of a bus to the Old City starting right at the hotel entrance makes exploring Dubrovnik easy and hassle-free.

Disappointing
Good location on the beach overlooking the Adriatic Sea, with breathtaking views. There’s a bus service which departs every 15 minutes to the Old Town. Rooms are comfortable. The hotel is rated as being 5 star, yet it lacks the finesse and extra touch required. The breakfast room has a clinical feel…. Staff are obliging yet not welcoming.

Fantastic hotel
Stayed here for four nights and couldn't have been happier! All the rooms have seaviews and you get an incredible sunset at the end of the day. Staff very helpful and clearly want guests to have the best experience possible. The swimming pools ( inside and outside) were good and we liked the beach area although it was too rough to swim on most days. It was nice to sit on the sunbeds in sun or shade and watch the sea and the view. The hot tubs were great for warming up when the tropical dropped a couple of days in the evenings. Food was good. Restaurants were pricey but so is Dubrovnik generally. The buffet restaurant wasn't bad value at €30 given that you can eat as much as you like over multiple courses. Nice to be out of town because Dubrovnik gets very busy. The hotel is served well by the number 4 bus which runs into town frequently. Would definitely come back if we are in this area.

This is a 5 star hotel. There is no rock or sand beach. You can go in the ocean but no beach just big rocks. There are 3 restaurants on the property. With the exception of 1, the other two pretty much have the same menu. The one has healthy food and you will pay for it. Two prongs with no sides $20 euros. My mattress was not of a 5 star hotel. It was lumpy and one time I hit wood. I think it’s two twins put together. The most beautiful thing is the indoor/outdoor pools. However, they are not heated so they felt like 50 degrees. I went in the outdoor one and had to get out. WARNING this is not a kid friendly hotel. The menus are very cheche and other than plain pasta with butter there’s nothing for kids. The lobby is very nice and modern but the hallways are drab. Other than the hotel being on a hill overlooking the ocean, there’s nothing else.

What a beautiful hotel, the views exceeded our expectations as did the spa facilities and exterior gardens. It really is a very special place. We did half board but ended up eating out as the Old Town was magical at night. The Dubrovnik pass was a good choice as it included the bus transport-stop right outside the hotel. Took 10mins into old town. Staff were all lovely, we will be returning!
