Wonderful hotel, clean, quiet and away from the crowds of old town. Close enough for a few minute Uber ride, you can walk to sunset beach area, which was amazing!

Very impressed by the staff, room size, OUTSTANDING breakfast, and proximity. Shower water temperature wouldn’t adjust down to less than warm, so had to cool off in bathtub. Needs a few upgrades like USB ports, light controls, and the like. Marco and Claire were wonderful and helpful!

Clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities. Good buffet breakfast with wide variety of options and long hours. Bar/ light meals reasonably priced and quality. Pool area busy and service a little slow at times. Close to bus stop with buses into town every 10mins so no problems getting around.

Great location/ very pretty marina area
This is in a great location and has an open car park next door, so super convenient. The room was actually much smaller than we anticipated and for the price I would have expected a larger more lux room. The air conditioning kept us awake most of the night as the fan shut down frequently, so not great. TV is so small you have to sit on the bed to watch it. Staff were nice enough although didn’t explain the breakfast situation. Be careful that you know the cost of going to breakfast as they show you where to eat, and forget to mention that there is a charge, which might end up being quite expensive if you’re there for a few days. Old town is 20 minute walk and is breathtaking so be sure to wear comfortable shoes for the stairs, of which there are many. Lovely walk around the Marina so it’s a thumbs up!

The hotel was a perfect base to explore Dubrovnik. A short walk to Copacabana beach, and also was not far to go to the bus stop to take you to the old town. Staff were all brilliant, friendly and very helpful. Excellent place to stay whilst in Dubrovnik.

Nice enough and close to town
For the price can’t go wrong. They have a nice pool that you can enjoy during the day. Rooms are big clean and comfortable. You are about a 10 min 9 euro Uber to old town. I would stay here again if the price was good.

Liked the location. Breakfast was great. Lots of selections such as eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, coffee and even sparkling wine:) pool looked nice but didn’t end up going and live music each night. Parking on location which I liked and always a spot. Close to port for boat trips

Whilst away from old town the area has plenty to offer from beaches to eateries and cocktail bars. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was big enough to swim and well maintained.

A Hotel that Can't Handle the World's New Weather
Nice location if you want to be outside the city walls and have parking - their parking is conveniently located and reasonably priced which was a priority for us. The room was generally fine, but they are, evidently just not set up for our increasingly hot weather. The room was 24 degrees celcius when I arrived and the supposed controls (which were frankly inscrutable) didn't do anything to adjust the temperature. When I called the front desk they said they could adjust it from there. A later call revealed that 22 degrees was the lowest it could go and that guests are not able to regulate the temperature themselves. In addition, the bed had only a duvet and comforter and no top sheet - so the only bedding was not appropriate for the season at all. In short, it just wasn't a comfortable place to sleep during a 33 degree plus heat wave. And I think it's fair to say that these kinds of temperatures are no longer outliers.

I liked the luxurious look of the outside of the hotel and the dining areas. I did not like the outdated configuration of the 4-person room, that it was not air conditioned and refrigerated for my personal items, and that you could see in between the bathroom and toilet doors (lack of total privacy).
