Good hotel for families with kids

Pros: Good pool and beach very close. Lot of activities for the kids. Pizza oven was kids favorite.
Cons: Food was little bit tasteless
Location: Very good beaches close by to explore also
Every day lot of sport activities with the kids, swimming in the pool and in the sea.

Disappointing family holiday

Having travelled there alone with my 2 young kids, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The staff around the pool were totally unhelpful and on some occasions rude. And the same with regard to some of the restaurant staff.. I think working on the hospitality industry requires a bit of customer service and sometime it would be nice to see service with a smile and I personally didn't see this from anyone at the hotel from the moment I arrived till our departure..very disappointed in the staff attitude and definitely wouldn't come here again.

Wonderful Friendly Staff

The main plus for this hotel is the location and the staff. The rooms are basic but clean, food is good although bit canteenish and very busy at peak times. The Animation team ( at least 12) we're wonderful and some of the shows they put on are amazing! The location is great overlooking the beach and the cruise ships passing by to Dubrovnik! Very good holiday and would visit again!!

Good Value -Well Located Hotel

Probably one of the best located and value/quality hotels near to the Old Town. No 6 bus stop about 400 yards (up a slight hill) and then about 15 mins trip to main entrance gate. Hotel has frequent turnover of guests every couple of days, so menue stays pretty constant, but good choice and quality. Ask for room overlooking harbour inlet, other side overlooks mainly scrub. Look for the small run of local bars/shops only 400 yards away, but you need to ask directions.

over 55 couple lovely

Really enjoyed this hotel lovely location hotel beautiful, staff work so hard a bit strict at times. but understanable for a well run hotel. Would love if the wather had been a bit better. as swimming pool looked amazing so we couldtnt try due to the weather

Great holiday with teenagers

Amazingly our 14 and 16 year olds loved the week we spent here and so did we! Very safe and lots of activities for the kids. Plenty to occupy us in the locality. Food was perfect as were the staff.

Great family location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but very disappointed that even though this was an all inclusive resort a basic requirement - drinking water wasn't provided more over we were not permitted to refill water bottles to take to the room or the pool. Neither was a mini bar provided in the room.

Fantastic location and value

This was one of the best trips I have ever been on. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with close proximity to the beach and beautiful views of the sea. The hotel has a friendly and relaxing atmosphere and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. The rooms were very clean and there was maid service every day. The food was buffet service and there was a good variety of food each day. The swimming pool area is well kept and I really enjoyed having a swim in the pool there. Buses go by the hotel regularly to the Old Town and it takes about ten minutes. The coastal path which runs adjacent to the hotel is also very picturesque and I recommend walking it - lots of little bars along the way!! A really relaxing holiday in a beautiful location with lots to do in the area - will definitely go back!!
