I love this hotel. It’s beautiful! The beds are comfy, there are enough pillows and blankets, the room is large and offers seating other than just the beds. There are enough towels and the fridge and Keurig are a nice touch. The decor is beautiful!! From the lobby to the halls and the rooms-gorgeous!! I love it here! I had to get past the front desk reception and Vivian in the restaurant, however. I am not impressed with either one of them. They didn’t seem interested in me and my needs at all. The front desk man was perfunctory and did not go out of his way to make me feel like he was happy I had arrived. He wasn’t rude…just didn’t make me feel welcome. Vivian in the restaurant couldn’t wait to get off the phone with me and made me feel as if I was an annoyance. Oh well, neither one kept me from enjoying my stay and I can’t wait to return!!
