Very affordable compared to canal park and a short drive to everything Duluth has to offer. Room was spacious and comfortable and amazingly quiet. If the opportunity presents itself again, we will certainly stay there.

It was fine, nothing special. The continental breakfast was horrific, the pillows flat and unsupportive. I had to ask for another and stack them. But it was clean and the front desk people were nice. Good location, convenient to everything.

This is a nice, quiet, smaller property that we really enjoyed. The only downside: the parking is a little confusing.

The hotel is lovely and clean. The breakfast was good but both mornings the food ran out and we all waited for everything from eggs to coffee. It wasn't that crowded, there just lacked service personel.

The rooms were spacious, and very clean The breakfast was good, good variety. The dining room was lovely, lots of tables, room for everyone. It's a little far from downtown, all up hill. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
