We liked the location but for the price the rooms were extremely tired , mold on ceiling in bathroom, room was dusty, mice droppings in bathroom. Seemed extremely understaffed. Parking lot that was for hotel guests wasn't being monitored, many cars that were not supposed to be parked in there were. Watching drug deals happening in the hotel lots with non guests was more than concerning. We didn't bring it up to staff as they seemed over worked. Most likely will not stay at this hotel again

Room was spacious but was in disrepair, unpainted plastered over holes in walls, walls were dirty. Bed was mediocre. Potential to be a nice set of rooms with some cleaning, refurbishing and new bed. Also entrance to lobby smells awful.

Arrived and were told that the room was clean and ready. Given the keys and upon entering the room it was still untouched from the previous guest, needs unmade and garbage laying around. Went to the front desk and were told that her computer says it was cleaned so she wasn't sure what was going on. We were told to return after 4 and it should be ready. Upon return it still was not cleaned so the front desk moved us to a different room. The first bed was completely broken. The second bed had sheets with obvious stains. There was hair on the toilet seat and on the shower wall. The TV in the living area was missing it's power cord. The only positive was the view of canal park.

I haven’t stayed here in many years. It needs serious updating in rooms. Stayed in inner room with no windows. Was very dark and did not expect a handicap shower with very small bathroom with a small sink area with hardly any room to put things on vanity. Beds were squeaky when getting up out of them or turning over.

Overall it was average. The person at check in was alone and the line was long. We waited 20 minutes in line. I felt bad for her. The layout is weird for rooms Elevators required a key card and it took an act of god for one to work One last thing... the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were moldy.

The suites needs to do some updates. The last few times I have stayed the rooms have not been the cleanest (dirty sheets, bathroom, etc). Upon checking in (on a Saturday evening) there was only 1 person working and the line to check in was very long and took about 25 mins.

We stayed for six nights. We stayed once pre-covid, and it was great. We were disappointed when we came this time and saw how dirty things were. Mold in the bathroom, broken dirty drop ceiling tiles. They no longer have housekeeping come around at all. You empty your own trash and leave it outside your door. Ours sat there for two days. Need towels? Toilet paper? Come to the lobby to get some. Dirty towels? Leave them outside your door where they too will sit for days. The employees we saw were all working very hard. There just clearly weren’t enough of them on site. Someone needs to hire more staff.

The room was not very clean; hair and toothpaste on the bathroom counter and sink. Dirty towel in the closet in the bathroom. Crack in the master bathroom shower floor and broken razor blades on the top shelf in this shower. Popcorn and used qutips between the bed and nightstand. Light over the sink in the kitchen burnt out. None of the sinks would drain very easily. Called the front desk upon checking in and told they would come take care of the dirty towel. Nobody ever showed up. Went to Walmart and got Clorox wipes and cleaned all surfaces ourselves. Even though it was uncomfortable to stay; we did and I complained about it again upon checkout. Was told a manager would call me to speak to me about what I was unhappy about. I have heard nothing. I would take caution when booking a room at this hotel and suites as it is not a real inexpensive place and you should be able to expect some sort of cleanliness and comfort when staying away from home on a vacation.
