The restaurant offered sizzling bulalo!
We tried other dishes and we were happy with the flavours and portion sizes.
Staff were friendly and courteous. The twin bedroom we were assigned was small but we had enough room to move around. The bathroom was newly renovated, although I wonder why they didnt go all out and change the door, the paint of which was cracked.

Travelled with family and small children, Business traveller
it’s close to the beach and FAIR value for what you pay for. room 17 does not have a mirror in the bathroom which is odd. the restaurant is open 6 am but you’ll have to wake them up if you want service
The hotel is under renovations but there is a safe passage for customers. The hotel room was good but the noise from the construction can be heard inside the room. Sometimes the smoke from outside enters the bedroom which is disturbing. The shower curtains does not hold back the water in wetting the whole washroom. The beds are comfortable.
even though the hotel is still under renovation, it wasn’t a trouble because the hotel staff were very nice. would come again if given the chance.

Nice hotel for the price
For the price, it's not a bad place to stay. Had a few problem, like shower always flooding, no mirror in the bathroom, if you want to shave and WiFi too slow. A little far from downtown but for only 10 pesos you can take a tricycle ride. The staff was very helpful and the food was excellent. There is major renovation going on ,so you will be a bit surprised when you arrive...
When i arrived there was a staff who accomodated me and i was made to wait for around 10 minutes since my room was not yet ready. When my room was finally ready i was assisted to my room in the second floor. The man who assisted me opened the door for me(upon entering my room there was still a lot of dust on the floor just outside my door and floor was still a little wet) and the staff immediately turned on the aircon of the room and closed the door behind him leaving my baggage outside the door where he left it. At night front desk kept on calling first around 9 pm about extra person room charge which is infact already paid upon booking of the room online. next call around 10 pm and 15 minutes later the phone rang again which made my husband very furious so hanged the phone all night so as they would stop calling. It is my first time to experience being called by front desk or whichever department by the hotel at around 9 pm onwards. very rude to be disturbed which can be settled upon checkout. Also our room was situated near the fire exit which we can over hear staff talking, someone talking on the radio which made rest on our part very hard. I would not come back to stay in this place when im in dumaguete at their rate with exclusive of breakfast. There are a lot of accomodations with better services, facilities and inclusions.this accomodation is by far the disappointment of all 4 other accomodations during my 8 days stay in dumaguete
Room smelled like insecticide, something in room left our bodies with bed bites, one of us got some spoiled food in the dining room for breakfast. The Sizzling Bulalo was good and the size of the jr executive suite was nice but rooms need to be updated.
The mattress is wonderfull after 2 days only sleeping in sitting position during flights, everyone who made this experience will understand me. The WiFi sometimes is disconnected but if i told the router was restarted instantly. All friendly and supportive.

Good location
Hotel is in a close location to air port and Dumaguete room 24 is a large room with fridge and work table nice balcony view of open land with nice trees excellent remote split system air conditioning this room we added 2 extra beds for adults sleep over still plenty of room good shower with separate 0large bath tub would ask for this room again it could do with some basic maintenance toilet seat very loose the shower screen door very stiff to close I could only ever get it half closed but with it's faults nice comfortable place
Good budget friendly accomodation. Property has a restaurant and food there was nice. A bit far away from centre of action, better to have own bike or ride a trycicle. Personnel is nice as well, i had an issue with my tv but they fixed it fast.
First nyt hardly slept due to d noise fr d kitchen. Second nyt on a dif room couldn't sleep due to bad smell fr d bathroom inspite of my spraying Rooms need to be upgraded to be livable......
Lousy place to stay too expensive and misrepresent
Hotel in disrepair. Construction on half the building, and the front of house. Missed entrance twice. Room misrepresented, had to pay extra for the room sold to me because of no refund policy. Cost me, $4200.00 pesos extra for a room with no aconditioning. Switched rooms three nights...all were malfunctioning rooms. Prices in "restaurant" three times too expensive, no extras! Very disappointed with ratings, conditions and quality deceitfully expressed on Hotel. Only thing good was a Christian school restaurant down the street.
I booked this place for my sister, she really like the place for its cleanliness, nice ambiance ,comfortable , and very quiet. Definitely she will recommend it.
Resort is a long way from the beach and even longer to downtown. Wifi never did work in room. Staff were pleasant. Addition construction going on but not a big proble
The hotel looks different from they have on the picture. Staffs were okay. Room is tiny and the bathroom shower water were leaking to the toelet area. So, I had my slippers on and was soaking wet. No shampoo in the bathroom, so I ran to the front desk and retrieve it but when checked out they charged me for two little packet of shampoos. I thought they were complimentary. But I do give them credit, they're food were good.
Their location is a bit far from center of city, but it's reachable by tricycle like 10-15mins.
They have parking space, which has sort of flat and easy entrance.(some hotels have steep entrance which you might or you definitely hit the front skirt of your car)
The receiption staffs were nice and friendly.
The room I checked in was Jr executive suite room.
The Room was wide like 4m*8m, it was impressive, with 1 queen bed and 1 single.
Separated air con so it was not noisy like window type, bar ref and 2 free waters.
The bath room was...a kind of huge, let's say.
5*5m around, with 1bath tab and shower room, it's really like one room and I guess they changed it from standard room into bath room since there was some furnitures.lol
