l always enjoyed my 4 or 5 stays in the Hampton by Hilton the staff are so helpful and pleasant it's a very clean and tidy and the 24 hours reception is great,super early breakfast this morning at 6.30 am was a great start to our journey home,it is so handy to the city centre such an excellent place to stay

All staff very helpful and friendly Breakfast was busy and waiting for food to come out,only one coffee machine for a full hotel, ran out things like rolls. And a personal thing scrambled eggs,which I like, but these where like powdered eggs, and nothing else available

Excellent hotel but food lets it down.
Only issue was the breakfast. Poor choice for a vegetarian. Scrambled eggs were terrible. Coca pops or cornflakes not a great choice of cereal. Asked for porridge but not available. Long queue for the one drinks machine, all a bit chaotic.

It's near the shopping centre. There's parking, but you have to pay. Pity the restaurant was closed, but we had a couple of nice meals in the lounge. Lasagne was really good! The hotel is in good condition and very clean.

a little disappointed
Hotel was nice, staff were nice too. the shower in the room was luke warm at best, cold really, i reported this but nothing happened, so had a cold shower in the morning also. not good for a Hilton. the food menu was 'very' basic, although the pizza i had was very nice to be fair. apart from that the rest was fine.

We were able to get an early check in on arrival, as we were on our way to a wedding round the corner. The hotel advised us on booking to request the early check in on arrival. Reception staff were extremely helpful and we were able to leave our luggage on the morning of departure. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Dundee.
