Guests love the Scottish touches in this beautifully styled, two-bedroom apartment. From dramatic and tasteful tartans to fun cartoons and artworks adorning the walls, there’s lots to smile about here. The location is great too: you are close to the excellent facilities at Dundee International Sports Centre (DISC) and the Regional Performance Centre. You’re also well placed for both the city’s Universities, the main road network and all the notable sights in this invigorating coastal city.

The space

This apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor and features two double bedrooms. One room has a king-sized bed which can be split into 2 single beds, giving great flexibility. The modern fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for two. The lounge is bright and spacious, and very tastefully furnished. The bathroom features a bath with over bath shower. On street parking is available.

Dundee has transformed in recent years into a lively and cosmopolitan coastal city. With many exciting commercial and cultural attractions, it has become a favourite for city breaks. It’s also an urban wanderer’s delight and the proximity of the apartment to key attractions is a major bonus.

Public transport links are very good with the main bus and rail stations not far away from the apartment. The domestic airport is a short drive away with direct flights to London and Belfast. Driving is easy with a good road network in the city and beyond.

The inside of the apartment is good. It could do with some new area rugs because cleaning them didn't help. Also there is not a dryer but a broken dryer rack that doesn't help. The washing machine is under a counter and very hard to access. Beds in main bedroom need to be replaced they are worn out, but linen were very clean and good. The biggest problem with this apartment is the area and location and maintenance of the building. You have to use limited street parking then walk past the trash receptacles and down an alley that is not lighted to building. The passage to the front door is horrific. Looks like a dump. Paint is peeling off the walls and it hasn't been cleaned in years. Spider webs and filth everywhere. Landlord needs to do something because it is not acceptable for visitors to have to come home to this.
