With five spacious bedrooms, a 6-person hot tub, gorgeous views of the Willamette Valley, and three levels of decks, the Dogwood Villa offers a perfect location for enjoying the very best of Oregon wine country. Sitting directly above downtown Dundee, you are just a ten-minute walk to the many restaurants and tasting rooms nearby, and a short drive to dozens of wineries in the Dundee area. An open concept main level and deck access offer spacious room to gather with family and friends, soak in the views, and relax with room for up to 12 guests.

Inside the home you will find new décor and design throughout. Upon entering you are greeted with a connected living room just beyond the open kitchen and dining layout. The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for your culinary needs. The living area also opens up on to the expansive and covered deck with incredible views of the valley beyond. There is ample seating and a BBQ available for your grilling desires.

There is one bedroom on the main level which is helpful for those that find stairs a challenge. On the floor below you will find 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. On the top level there is an additional full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and an adjoining master bedroom with connected baby room with a crib.

The lower-level deck features a new 6-person hot tub, and the area is lit with a number of bistro lights that make it enjoyable for use both day and night. The backyard includes an additional seating area with a fire table, and features a cornhole set for groups and families to enjoy some friendly competition. The large garage area has been converted into a Ping-Pong play area featuring a professional-grade STIGA table, as well as dartboards, offering a space to play and recreate.

Without a doubt this home is a perfect blend comfort, style, and location. Sitting just moments from downtown Dundee, Newberg is just 5 minutes to the north with McMinnville sitting about 15 minutes to the south. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or anywhere in the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
