Great place to stay .
We were very grateful for the manager for his help when we had trouble getting into a car park which wasnt big enough for our car . Good to get a room in the block that has a lift . We usually stay here when we stay in Dunedin . Close to shops and restaurants .

Lovely clean, tidy modern motel within easy walking distance of the mall and the octagon. The gentleman on reception was friendly, polite and accomodating. We would absolutely stay there again

My favourite place to stay in Dunedin. Spacious rooms, friendly welcome, good wifi, plenty of parking, central but quiet. Now that the roadworks are completed, its even better and the neighbourhood looks lovely!

What a great option when you have a downtown function to go to. Free downtown parking made our afternoon shopping expedition easy. Our room was quiet and warm. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
