Everything was ok for a one night stay. Bed was actually comfortable. Just that it was hair all over the bathroom tub, toilet and sink and it didn’t smell nice in there. Towels were full of hair also but that’s why I bring my own. Overall I was ok but it could use a better deeper cleaning
This is one of the worst places I have stayed in. There was a leak right next to the check in desk with many buckets on the follow. The used condoms on the staircase and trash were disgusting for my young granddaughters to see. The staff did not provide enough towels and when we asked the front desk the desk, there was no assistance. The door did not lock properly and it didn't feel safe at all. The toilet paper in our bathroom was used to the bottom and not replaced! Overall, the room smelled liked mold and it felt disgusting. I will make sure to never stay here again.
The property needs some room update and needs to be clean better. The sheets had cigarette burns on them, the bathroom door had a whole like someone punched it. The floor was dirty as if no one swept it or mopped it.
I checked in. Moved my things in. Used the bathroom and found very old clogged bathtub drain hair. I tried to call travelocity three times to book something else. I gave up. Checked out and booked Hampton Inn on my own. You should have someone answer your Roaming Gnome Phone.
The furniture was particle board. A lamp was rusty. The bathroom door stuck so you had to pull really hard to open it. There was no closet, just a clothing rod near the sink. The refrigerator had someone else's leftovers in it. A dirty washcloth was left behind. It was noisy being off I-95 and no hallway as the rooms opened directly to the outside. We didn't sleep well. Male manager was absolutely wonderful and a very nice and accommodating man. He made our stay tolerable. People deserve better accommodations than this motel offers.
After reading the reviews I was nervous this place was a dump but it’s just as clean as any Hilton or higher priced hotel. There was no pool like in the pictures but it was a very clean hotel.
The room itself was infested with bugs. The mattress cover and corner chair had cigarette burn in it. There was active black mold under the kitchen sink as well as behind the toilet. The AC unit was broken and falling off the wall. We checked out and left
