Talo on vuokrattavissa ensimmäisen kerran torstaina 12. syyskuuta. Uusia kuvia täydellisillä kalusteilla tulossa .... Äskettäin uusittu 4 makuuhuoneen koti, jossa on päivitetyt kalusteet mukavimpaan oleskeluun. Tämä ominaisuus sijaitsee kätevästi alle puolen mailin päässä Choctaw Casinosta, lähellä ravintoloita, viihdettä ja kaikkia yli 50 hehtaarin alueella. Palo-kuoppa, disc-golf, maissireikä ja paljon muuta. Tässä asuu 2 mini-aasia ja iso kalastuslammikko, jossa on paljon pysäköintialueita. 1 RV-tyyny vedellä ja sähkö, saatavana lisähintaan. Keittiö täysin varusteltu aterioita ja ruoanlaittoa varten. Kauniisti sisustettu koko talossa. Master-huoneessa on king-vuode ja kahdessa muussa huoneessa on kuningatar. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kaksoset. Uusittu kylpyhuone, jossa ylellinen kävely suihkussa ja uskomattomat sisätilat. Täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu käytettäväksi. Langaton internet ja suora TV NFL-sunnuntainipulla. Suuret Jenga-lohkot ja keilaussetti lapsille. Erittäin suuri etupiha on täysin aidattu 6 metrin korkeuteen täydellisen yksityisyyden takaamiseksi. Peitetty alue etupihalla, jotta ne pysyisivät sateen tai lämmön ulkopuolella. Kaasugrilli ruoanlaittoon suurella takapihalla aivan valtavan palokuopan vieressä. Täällä on yhteensä 56 hehtaaria tutkittavaa 2 lammen kanssa, joilla on basso ja crappie. Meillä on kajakki käytettäväksi ja olemme saaneet hienoja kaloja. Monipuolinen maa, jolla on suuria puita ja puro. Talon takana on 1 hehtaarin piikkilanka-aita, jotta aasit voivat lemmikkieläimiä, jos niitä pyydetään käyttämään. Meillä on maissireiät, 2 virallisen kokoista siirrettävää kiekkogolf-asetusta, joissa on kiekot, hevosenkenkä asetettu ulkona nauttimiseen. Kaikki tämä sijaitsee alle puolen mailin päässä Choctaw-kasinosta Durantissa, Oklahomassa ja tunnin päässä pohjois-Dallasin alueelta. Kasino isännöi suuria tapahtumia, joissa esiintyvät huipputekijöitä ympäri maailmaa. Lapsille he tarjoavat suuren arcade-huoneen, jossa on monenlaisia pelejä. Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Choctaw Casino. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

Railhouse Great Value and Convenience
We stayed her for one night as we were in town for a concert at Choctaw on New Year's Eve. The room prices at Choctaw were really high and we aren't gamblers and weren't interested in that mess. We found the home to be clean, extremely convenient and a great value. We only used 2 of the Bedrooms, it actually has 4. While the train tracks are close and active, it didn't bother us. It was a great value for our trip.

Horrible Experience - Zero Sleep & Zero Safety
If you have a train aficionado in the family, rent here. If you value sleep, rest, security and safety - this home is NOT for you. We didn’t notice the reviews about the train until it was too late to cancel. We will never rent here again - it was too expensive to not have restful sleep or feel safe. The first night, 5 trains went through between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM. All LOUD, lasting lasted several minutes because the house is maybe 50 feet from the track. The two other nights, the noise slowed to 4 trains during nighttime hours. We had 5 ladies staying 3 nights and did not feel safe or secure. It’s a big property surrounded by trees with no exterior lighting, outside of one pole light near the barn. No other homes are close by. Nighttime lighting was dependent on the front and back porch lights. There were no reflectors or lights to signal where to turn off the road so missing the entrance is easy. There were simple door locks on the exterior doors. One night we were sitting around talking and heard a male voice outside - since there are zero exterior lights, we had no idea who might be outside the home and it disturbed us greatly. We didn’t want to walk outside to check because - well, no lights. House is well-decorated and smelled clean. Vents, lamps and under the bed were not clean (found a glue rat trap). Master bedroom bed was lumpy and slanted. The pillows and sheets were comfy. The owner does not provide much outside of basics, especially in the kitchen.

Beautiful interior.
Was hard to find, anyone not tolerant of occasional noise (from trains) this us not the place. Outside was ok, but lors of tree limbs and debris. Deck is a little weathered and needs repair. A sidewalk to back door would be good for people who are unsteady on their feet since you have to use back door to get in. Owners are great.

Great place for our annual brothers trip.
My two brothers and I get together every year to gamble and enjoy each other’s company and this was a perfect place (and only 1/2 mile from the casino). It was great that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked even though we aren’t much for cooking. The property owner and his mother were extremely helpful and were quick to get back to me. Had we won at the casino I would have given it 6 stars!

Acceptable stay, but could be better
We only stayed one night on our journey to see the solar eclipse. We enjoyed our trip. The house was easy to find and the house and property were nice. There is an amazing huge wood deck at the back of the house, but the weather was a bit to cold for us to enjoy. There were 6 of us and plenty of bedrooms and nice restrooms. We did hear several trains during the night, but we knew that based on the descriptions. There were a few negatives we hope will be resolved in the future. Some of the lights were very dim. The shower near the twin beds only had hot water and there were no hooks or towel racks. We also had trouble opening one of the doors to the Jack and Jill restroom. Hopefully these will be repaired for the next groups.

Relax Relax Relax
This is not our first time to stay at this property. We love it every time we stay and this time was no exception. This trip was more of a relaxation get away. Yes, even with the train. The train does run all day and night. With that said the train for some reason is relaxing and entertaining. We went to the casino for one night. No, not a winner on that. The next 4 days was about relaxing and went into town to enjoy some restaurants and liquor store. Can't wait till the next time

Nice location near casino
Clean house. We honestly were only here to sleep after a concert at the casino. Beds were comfy. A little bit of a challenge finding it on waze but google maps led us right to it. Not a fault of the property, obviously. Just as a call out. We did hear the trains all night and half the group used the provided ear plugs and the other half didn't but that was a preference by each person. Would definitely stay here again.

Getaway with Grandkids
This was the second time I have stayed here. My daughter rented the first time. Like it so much had to rent again. It is perfect size inside for kids to play and adults to relax. Not to far from stores and casino. The ages range from 11 months to 65. There is a train that does run. I know during the day it was entertaining for my grandson who is 2. It does run at night it really didn’t bother me. Just depends on what kind of sleeper you are. We really enjoyed ourselves and would rent again.

The property is extremely nice clean and clean. New cabinets in the kitchen and some items were stocked. Very comfortable beds and well laid out for our group. There is an active railroad track near the property but it did not interfere with our sleep. We will use the property again if we need to be in the area.

Great place!
It was perfect for us to stay for our trip to a concert and the casino! So close and convenient! Our entire group had a great time…cornhole, fishing, hanging out by the fire pit. The deck is very spacious! Beautiful decor inside and tons of bedrooms, very comfortable, great kitchen, etc! Highly recommended!! We will definitely return!

Great property
We had a great stay. Very clean and beautiful big yard. Just like the pictures posted. Train isn’t bad at all. We stayed 4 days and enjoyed our time there very much- highly recommended. Only down side was the water pressure, the best shower pressure was in the master shower only. And the water smelled so bad like sulfur the first 2 days and we just ran the water for a bit.

Perfect place to stay after choctaw concert
Attended Journey concert at Choctaw with friends. Hotel prices were really high. This little gem was very close to Choctaw and perfect for the 5 of us. Comfortable and convenient and great price. We'd stay there again!!

The property was very nice. Comfortable beds and large showers. We could not figure out the water. It was either no pressure or scalding hot. Needs outside lights especially when checking in. The train was very loud and went by multiple times during the night.
