The internet pictures do not match the actual rooms. The electrical work was unfinished, connection to DSTV not properly connected, The hand towel rail was broken. The window had a crack right across, The area where the hotel is situated in very shabby. Ubber drivers declined requests to come to pick us up. The staff was very friendly (Keep up the goodwork) The building needs serous mantainance.
Cleanliness was all round disappointing.Same bedding for entire duration.Breakfast area waa dirty cutlery as well as dining area.

Stay was good, cleanliness excellent. However, the area is disappointing - the outside was terribly dirty and unsafe with vagrants hanging around the corner intersection, making it unsafe to walk to the Musjid or cafes.
The staff is very friendly . The hotel has no proper television sets. Half the screen is misty. They only play Eastern channels. The air conditioning is not working. The lift smells of dust. The breakfast is the same thing everyday and the taste is bad. Sometimes they dilute juice with water. Limited parking and the hotel management parks anywhere irregardless, blocking cars for residents from coming in or going out. The front desk ladies need to be applauded, they know customer service.
