Freundliches Personal, sogar am stressigen Silvesterabend. Sehr bequemes Bett, modernes geräumiges zimmer, wsrem positiv überrascht. Nur etwas zu gut geheizt in der nacht, aber das ist ansichtssache

Wir haben sogar eine neu renovierte Suite bekommen. Leider hatte diese Suite nur eine Badewanne mit Vorhang! Warum hat man bei der Renovierung keine Duschen gebaut? Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden!

Hotel parfait pour un séjour à Neuss/Dusseldorf. Personnel de qualité. Chambre parfaite. Pdj très bien. A recommander pour un excellent rapport/quaité prix en week end.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Pros: Alles...besonders nettes Personal
Cons: Nein
Location: Die Rezeption ist behilflich bei der Suche nach Zielen in der Nähe...ebenfalls sehr engagiert.
Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von der Innenstadt entfernt, in einem Indutriegebiet mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen vor der Tür.Das Personal ist sehr motiviert, aufmersam, sehr bemüht um die Gäste und außerordentlich nett.
