Excellent breakfast...less than 5 minutes walk to Underground metro D-Handelszentrum/Moskauer Str..Basically, once you go out of the hotel, just turn on your left hand side and approximately 100 metres you will see the big U on your right. Take platform 1 going to Konagsallee or Altstadt (Old town).

Francesco in reception was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean as were the eating and relaxing areas. Really good choice at breakfast. Really nice clean and tidy hotel and convenient for train station but in quite a remote area but think it must be up and coming with two big new hotels near each other. Also it could do with an area outside with tables and chairs to enjoy a coffee outside. That would be perfect.

I like that the rooms are very clean and the building doesn’t look run down. The neighbourhood is quiet and it is located near the central station. There is another station (D-Handelszentrum/Moskauer Str.) located closer to the hotel so that you don’t need to walk from the central station to the hotel

Original room we were given smelled quite badly and seemed as if it was unused for quite a while. Unfortunately opening the window didnt clear the odour and instead allowed the noise of the tram line in which was frequent and loud.

From walking in to check in to check out, the staff was friendly, and most anxious to help in anyway. It is ideal for walking to the train station or to Old Town in Dusseldorf. Clean, well lit, and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended
