Für Autoreisende problematisch

Nach unseren 8 Stunden Fahrt aus der Schweiz war der Empfang bei unserer Anreise sehr mürrisch - offenbar haben wir die Dame am Empfang gestört. Ein Parkplatz im Hotel war angeblich nicht verfügbar. Laut Auslobung im Internet und der Dame am Empfang hat es aber genügend Parkplätze rund um Haus. Wir haben entnervt das ganze Quartier abgefahren - doch alle PP sind auf 4 Stunden begrenzt! Ein Parkhaus gibt es weit und breit nicht. Wir kamen uns verschaukelt vor. Wie soll man da die DD-Messe besuchen? Als wir uns um 17 Uhr wieder an der Rezeption meldeten, war jemand anderes dort und plötzlich waren doch Plätze in der Garage frei. Das Kernproblem - jemand vom Hotel (der/die am Empfang) muss runter mit in die Garage und das Auto nervenaufreibend einweisen. Denn die Plätze sind so eng (Auto-Fahrstuhl), dass Fahrzeuge über ca. 4.8 x 1.9 m x 1.6 m gar nicht hineinpassen. Mit viel Zirkeln und Schlangenkünsten beim Aussteigen hat es dann doch geklappt - unser Mercedes GLK ist wahrlich kein Monster. Also bitte mehr Ehrlichkeit bei diesem Thema: Das Hotel hat in der Garage 8 Parkplätze für kleiner Mittelklasse-Autos. Und damit basta.

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, Lage des Hotels nicht optimal (Strassenverkehr), spät am abend ging es dann mit geschlossenen Fenstern, sauber, Frühstückbuffet gut.
