Due to large exhibition in the area, the price of the rooms was very high. Very limited amenities and only one member of staff observed during our stay.

Zimmer war zwar sauber, hatte aber einen dicken Fleck neben dem Klo auf dem Boden. Dusche lief nicht ab, türgriffe waren schon so benutzt das sie rau waren und durch Fenster zur Straße viele Autogeräusche. Zimmerservice hat neue Handtücher gebracht, das Zimmer aber nicht sauber gemacht. Zugang per Code war cool und Personal im Restaurant unten war sehr nett.

Die Heizung ging nicht an und ich musste nachts in der Kälte schlafen. Ich wollte noch duschen und es gab kein warmes Wasser also konnte ich nicht duschen.

Leider war bei der Rezeption keiner da in der Früh nicht und am Abend auch nicht. Der Hintereingang ist nicht gleich zu finden. Das Problem war das leider keiner da war das wir für noch eine Decke nachfragen konnten denn wie sehr frierten. Das Problem war das die Betten sich immer auseinander bewegten wenn man sich im Bett gedreht hat. Die Wasserflaschen die wir hatten waren schon leider geöffnet mussten leider von selber draußen holen. Die restlichen Sachen haben sonst gepasst.

Die Unterkunft war leider mehr als enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sehr dreckig, vor allem das Badezimmer (ich glaube hier wurde gar nicht geputzt), ein Bett stand unter einem Dachfenster ohne Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit und vor dem Fenster stand eine Straßenlaterne. Die Rezeption war durchgehend nicht besetzt und wir wurden lediglich durch die Eingabe eines Pins an den Türen in das Haus gelassen. Kein persönlicher Kontakt. Für über 100€ ohne Frühstück eine Frechheit. Die Mängel haben wir anhand von Bildern festgehalten und an das Hotel geschickt. Leider keine Einsicht und kein Entgegenkommen. Die Antwort war, wir sollten uns an Expedia wenden. Zudem wurde sogar kontrolliert wann wir jedes mal das Hotel betreten haben und uns zum Vorwurf gemacht, dass wir erst um 2 Uhr nachts wieder im Zimmer waren. Wir waren auf einer Hochzeit und ich finde dem Hotel geht es nichts an wann wir ins Bett gehen und es spielt ja auch keine Rolle. Aber es war schon seltsam, dass es kontrolliert wurde. Alles in allem eine Frechheit und große Enttäuschung.
