Central location, lots of transport links. Bed comfy and room big. Some communal areas dated and tired looking. Bathroom fine but products basic and towels basic. Breakfast good quality and lots of choice. Only issues : Room wasn’t cleaned one day despite requesting and took several attempts to get someone to come to room and unlock the safe which had been left locked by previous occupant. Good value and would stay here again

We have stopped several times and the service has been excellent. All the staff are kind and helpful with any requests. We have stayed at other hotels in Dusseldorf but this is the best for us.
