Boothbay / Ocean Point 1/1 Ilmastoitu Oceanfront huoneisto

Yksi makuuhuone / 1 kylpy hiljattain rakennettu mökki / autotalli yläpuolella asunto, josta on merinäköala Moheganille ja useille pienille saarille. Istu ja nauti auringonlaskuista, auringonnoususta ja tähtien katselusta Atlantin valtameren kaatuneiden aaltojen vieressä. Rentoudu seulotulla kuistilla aaltojen, sumun torven ja poijukellon ääniä lukeessasi hyvää kirjaa. Katso, miten purjeveneet ja hummerit vetävät ansojaan, etsivät merenlasia rannalta tai pieniä olentoja vuorovesiuima-altaissa, kun hyppyt kallolta kallioon yksityisellä rantaviivallamme. Vaellukselle etelään pitkin karua rantaviivaa Grimes Coveen ja katsottavaan Ram Island Light -taloon. Tarpeeksi lähellä nauttiakseen BoothBay Harbor -ravintooista ja kaupoista tai gallerioista, kävelee luonnonkauniilla Ocean Pointilla tai Coastal Mainen kasvitieteellisessä puutarhassa, mutta silti poistettu turistien ja väkijoukkojen hälinästä. Luonto on täynnä tätä Ocean Pointin metsäaluetta. Olemme huomanneet kalasääskiä, hylkeitä, valaita, peuroja, kettuja ja luonnonvaraisia kalkkunoita. Astiat ja välineet toimitetaan kotiruoan nauttimiseen. Kaasugrilli on valmistettavissa mehukkaan pihvin tai hampurilaisen valmistamiseksi, tai voit nauttia vanhanaikaista leipomoa / hummeriä yksityisellä rannalla! Mökki / huoneisto on sisustettu tyylikkäästi mukavilla huonekaluilla, joissa voi oleskella kaapeli-TV: n lukemisen tai katselun aikana. (WiFi sisältyy hintaan) Useimpina päivinä ja öisin voit avata ikkunat merituulen, mutta lämpiminä päivinä se on ilmastoitu ja siinä on kattotuulettimet LR: ssä ja makuuhuoneessa varmistaaksesi mukavan ja rauhallisen loman. Fantastic brief last minute getaway!
My husband and I are new empty-nesters and have decided to explore new places. We decided on a last minute trip during fall break from school. We could not be happier about our decision to visit the beautiful state of Maine! This apartment is perfect: the view, the location, the layout, the amenities. We could not have asked for more! The hosts were fantastic and the property was exactly as described in the listing and pictures. We will definitely return! Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven.

Best possible stay on central Maine coast
The Ocean Spray guest cottage has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and beautiful stay on the central Maine coast. The cottage is right at the ocean in East Boothbay, which is close to all the activities and restaurants in Boothbay Harbor without the congestion and the traffic. Beautiful walk at Ocean Point and the Botanical Gardens with the amazing trolls is only a short drive. Thanks to Frank's suggestion we ate at Coastal Prime (excellent anniversary dinner). The weather while we were there was sunny and lovely, but the cottage would have been cozy and splendidly equipped in any weather. You'll have a wonderful time. Easy to reserve, great communication, and great directions.

My husband and I loved this apartment. It was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do in Boothbay. We both wish we would have had to time to spend here. The view was amazing! The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in this area. Love it!

Incredible property
Another incredible stay at Ocean Spray. Our sixth stay and we love it as much as we did on the first. The apartment is absolutely perfect for a couple. The view cannot be matched and Ocean Point is a very special place. Beth and Dan (and now Frank) are wonderful hosts.

Another fabulous stay at Ocean Spray
This was our second stay at Ocean Spray, and was even lovelier than the first. Beth and Dan were great to communicate with, and Frank, who manages the rental, was nothing short of a rock star (especially when we managed to lock ourselves out). The apartment was incredibly clean, had everything we needed, and that oceanfront—flippin' fantastic! (We dream of a day when we could own property on their road.)

A view to remember
Beautiful property with spectacular ocean view. Very comfy above the garage apartment. Great fire pit in the expansive front yard. Quiet neighborhood with occasional deer & fox sightings. Easy short drive into Boothbay Harbor for great restaurants & shopping. Plenty of nice hiking nearby. We had a fantastic stay.

Oceanfront dream
This property is the perfect getaway. The apartment is spacious with a large kitchen and dining area. The bed is really comfortable, and having coffee while watching the waves crash is not a bad way to start your day. Beth and Dan were extremely accommodating. This is an extremely special place to us, and we are excited to visit again!

Stunning
From the moment we turned into the well manicured entrance, we knew that our vacation was going to be special. This beautiful cottage is perfect for anyone wanting to relax by the ocean but also to be surrounded by the amazing sights and tastes of Maine. We spent many evenings/mornings enjoying spectacular views and gazing at sailboats, lobstering, birds, butterflies and breathtaking sunrises & sunsets. The home has a fully equipped kitchen -which was a pleasure to cook in, dining with an amazing view and everything you could want or need to be cozy and comfortable. Boothbay is a quaint town with great restaurants, boat rides and so many other offerings. After two incredible weeks, leaving was difficult. I made a point to secure reservations for 2024 before I closed the door to the perfect “slice of heaven”. Thank you Beth and Dan for sharing this amazing gift. It truly was the best.

Wonderful Stay
This was our second time at this property and we already have booked our third. The apartment is spotless, well stocked, and comfortable. The owners and property manager are very responsive, and there is plenty to see and do in the area. To top it all off, the view of the ocean is spectacular. Lovely get-away spot
Ocean Spray was such a beautiful, restful rental! My husband and I loved watching the surf and boat traffic and wildlife from the windows and the fire pit and the Adirondack chairs overlooking the coast, and from the rocks themselves. The crashing surf sound and smell of the ocean was pure Maine! And the rental space itself was lovely. Comfortable, pretty, and clean (I would've given it 4.5 stars on cleanliness if I could; I'm a huge stickler on that, so this is high praise from me). The layout of the space makes it open and airy and bright and easy to navigate. (Though, please note that to access the rental, you need to be able to go up and down a flight of stairs.) It had pretty much everything we needed, and the things we missed weren't major. (A hook to the left of the shower for a robe would be great and a couple of board games and a deck of cards would be nice for the rainy days.) But the kitchen was well-outfitted with the basics, plus some extras, the closet and storage space was more than ample, and there were some books, should you burn through whatever reading material you bring along with you. Communication with the owners was fantastic! They were extremely responsive and helpful. Their property manager stopped by at the very beginning of the rental to make sure everything was okay, too. Long story short: We loved the rental so much, we didn't want to leave, and have booked it again for next year.
