This 5 bed/3 bath beauty boasts a large heated pool, central air, a magnificent family room with soaring vaulted ceilings and super spacious common areas. Windows and skylights everywhere ensure the sun is always shining throughout the interior. There is a patio and multiple decks with a gas grill and an outdoor table and seating. The nicely equipped granite/stainless steel kitchen features modern appliances with a spacious adjacent dining/living area. A Peloton Bicycle and treadmill are available if you feel like getting in a workout! The home is in close proximity to South Cape Beach among other DO NOT MISS destinations, and MINUTES to Mashpee Commons.

Pool is open and heated from 5/17/25 to 10/11/25. Seven night minimum, Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season. Four night minimum during the shoulder season. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Linens and towels are provided for the tenant. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional damage protection which may be required at this property.
