This three bedroom, two bath contemporary, which is sited on two-thirds of an acre, features a bright, light interior with vaulted ceilings, skylights, fireplace, and three separate sundecks, a modern kitchen with quartz counter tops, slate tile kitchen floor and all stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have stylish Kohler bath fixtures and custom tile. The recently painted exterior is white vertical western cedar.

A spacious swimming pool with optional pool heater and wrap-around cedar deck, central air conditioning and high speed wireless internet access complete the picture. Within a bicycle ride of the beautiful village of East Hampton, this appealing property is sure to please.

Please note that there is no tax on rentals of 30 days or more but utilities are additional on rentals of 28 days or more. Please ask about the status of the pool opening in April and the first half of May. Thank you.

Peaceful and relaxing
Retired earlier this year and shortly after my mother passed away in March. I’ve spent the past five months dealing with her estate so a relaxing vacation was just what the doctor ordered. Property tucked away on a quiet street nestled among beautiful trees. Had a few issues which the owner promptly addressed.All in all it was a lovely week.

Beautiful location
The house was perfect for our stay. It has a gorgeous backyard with a beautiful, big pool. It is surrounded by lovely trees and landscape. An easy drive into town. The home owners are wonderful and very responsive. We needed to make a change to our length of stay and they were great and very understanding.

Great House
We had a lovely stay at the Northwester. It was centrally located and convenient to the beach, town, as well as surrounding towns, such as Sag Harbor and Amagansett. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. We spent a lot of our time on the deck and in the well maintained heated pool. Jeane and Eric were very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We are already looking forward to our next stay.
