A gem of a hotel
Another lovely stay at this charming hotel. Chris & Caroline are the perfect hosts, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, and beautifully presented. The location is perfect for access to the seafront, shops, theatres, restaurants/cafes and walks up to Beachy Head and beyond. Definitely recommended.

This is our second stay at The Ravilious and we were not disappointed.This gorgeous B & B stands out from all the rest. The owners Chris and Caroline were extremely welcoming and informative. The rooms and communal areas are tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is tasty and freshly cooked, two of our party had full breakfast which they enjoyed , someone else had scrambled egg which they raved about, and I myself had omelette both mornings and it was delicious. The property is in a fantastic location for a flat walk to the beach & pier & town centre. Please do not hesitate to book your stay, you will not be disappointed.,

Superb hotel
What a stay we had. So much so we stayed another night! No wonder this is the best hotel in Eastbourne. Superbly run by the best hosts ever. Great breakfast and very comfortable beds. Great location and close to a number of excellent restaurants.

Wow what a stay we had. No wonder this is the best rated hotel in Eastbourne. Superbly run by Caroline and Chris. The best hosts ever. Great breakfast and unbelievably comfortable rooms. Defo come back.

Very good location for both sea and town, easy parking albeit at a small cost, very friendly hosts and an excellent breakfast. Stairs to our room provided our daily cardiac exercise. Will happily visit again if we return to the area.

Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from Chris and Caroline. They took time to advise us about a few good restaurants in the area, things that we could do in the day. Chris kindly took our bag up to the first floor for us, something that doesn’t happen very often in other establishments we’ve stayed in. Our room (room 6) was spacious and immaculate. Wonderful ! My husband and I stayed for one night at The Ravillious and we will definitely be going back ! We had a wonderful warm and friendly welcome from the hosts . Lovely spacious and very clean room , also very quiet even though we were on the ground floor . Lovely breakfast the next morning . Great location . 10 out of 10 .

Best place to stay.
Welcome and check in brilliant and very friendly as always. A nice room upgrade on arrival. Room clean, spacious, and comfy. Just what I needed after my 200 mile drive to get there. The guys as always couldn’t have done any more to make it a nice stay. Breakfast top notch as always. Great place to stay.
