Receptionist was very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was tidy and clean. Elevator very antique and very tiny. A bit scary. With a bit more care, polish/repairs and modernisation it could be very lovely hotel at great location.

Amazing and friendly staff and best sea front view
The staff at Burlington hotel are amazing and very professional and helpful. They went out of the way to make us comfortable and we’re so friendly. The view from the rooms showing the beautiful sea are absolutely amazing and we loved it. We highly recommend this hotel for all.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the bed and bath itself were clean. That said the state of the room was very poor and not really fit for use, the walls were filthy, and repairs hadn't been done professionally/finished. The windows were also in a sorry state, dirty and paint peeling off. You get what you pay for so expectations were kept real, but the room really needs a complete overhaul.

Just lovely, on top of everything opposite the pier. Short walk to the theatre or harry Ramsdens lovely Fish and chips. Staff and the hotel were just very accommodating couldn’t so enough for you, breakfast was just beautiful a full English with fresh croissants and cereals etc… lovely and fresh and hot. Will definitely stay again I cannot recommend this hotel enough A*** superb 👌

Would not stay here
We had booked 3 rooms and ended up not staying the night and decided to drive home. The rooms were were in a ver y bad state. One room the single on floor 4 had a cracked sink and the toilet didn’t flush. The room on floor 2 had all stains up the walls and was dirty. The room on floor 1 was more like a prison cell with dark stained walls and very noisy rooms next door. Rather than stay we drove 2 hours to get home after a show.
